This guide explains how pricing, promotions and payment work when you book through Golfnity, so you know what to expect before you check out.
1. What you can book
Golfnity lets you arrange golf tee times, accommodation, car rentals and other activities across Vietnam — either as single services or combined into one trip. Every listing shows the details you need to compare options: course design and difficulty for golf, room type and location for accommodation, vehicle type and route for car rentals.
2. How pricing works
Each listing shows a price for the dates and options you select. Where a promotion applies to a listing, you'll see both the standard Market Price and today's discounted price shown together — that discount is applied automatically. Some orders may also qualify for a discount code, which you can enter at checkout for an additional saving.
Prices shown before checkout are indicative. Because availability at golf courses, hotels, car rental partners and activity providers can change, our team confirms final pricing and availability with you before your booking is treated as complete — you will never be charged a different amount without being told first.
3. No account required
You do not need to create an account to buy from Golfnity. Add whatever you need to your cart and check out as a guest with just your contact details.
4. How payment works
Depending on the service and time of day, online payment may be available directly at checkout (shown during business hours). If online payment isn't available for your order, you submit your request without paying, and our team contacts you to confirm details before any payment is requested. Either way, submitting your order creates a booking inquiry — our team reviews service availability and follows up with you directly; nothing is guaranteed booked until that confirmation happens.
5. After you submit
You'll see an on-screen confirmation that your request was received, and our team will contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email with the next update — typically to confirm availability, finalize pricing, and (if you haven't paid yet) arrange payment.
