A step-by-step walkthrough of how to book on Golfnity, from search to confirmation.
1. Find what you need
Browse Vietnam Golf Courses, Vietnam Accommodation, Vietnam Car Rentals or Other Activities — or use a city page if you already know where you're headed. Each listing shows enough detail to compare options without needing to open a separate page.
2. Choose your details
- Golf: pick your tee time, play date and number of players.
- Accommodation: pick your room type and stay dates.
- Car rental: pick your vehicle, pickup/drop-off details and dates.
- Activities: pick your date and any options the activity offers.
3. Add to cart
Click Add To Cart. You can keep browsing and add more services to build a full trip — golf, a place to stay, a car and an activity — in one cart.
4. Check out as a guest
Open your cart and go to checkout. No account is required — just your name and contact details so our team can reach you. Review everything in your cart before submitting.
5. Submit your request
When you submit, your order becomes a booking inquiry. If online payment is offered for your order (available during business hours), you can pay at this step; otherwise you submit without paying yet.
6. We confirm availability
Our team checks availability and final details with the golf course, hotel, car rental company or activity provider, then contacts you by phone, WhatsApp or email. This is the step where your booking moves from "requested" to "confirmed."
7. Confirmation
Once everything is confirmed (and payment is settled, if it wasn't collected at checkout), you're all set. Keep an eye on your phone/email/WhatsApp around the time you submit your request, since that's how we'll reach you.
